Guide to Joining Calm Cargo VTC

At Calm Cargo, we aim to provide a welcoming and well-organized environment for all our members. Our recruitment process is designed to ensure that every applicant meets our requirements and is a good fit for our team.

Below is an overview of our recruitment and membership process.

1. Application Review

Applicants who meet our recruitment requirements may submit an application through our official website.

Once an application is submitted, our Human Resources (HR) team carefully reviews the applicant's profiles and information before making a decision.

2. Application Decision

Following the review, applicants will receive either an acceptance or rejection decision from our HR team.

If an application is rejected, the applicant will be subject to a waiting period of either 7 days or an indefinite period, depending on the reason for rejection, before they can submit another application.

Applicants whose applications are accepted will proceed to the Trainee stage.

3. Trainee Stage

Once accepted, applicants officially begin their Trainee period at Calm Cargo.

Throughout this stage, our HR team observes the trainee's performance, conduct, and overall compatibility with the Calm Cargo team.

This period allows both the trainee and our team to become familiar with one another and determine whether a successful long-term partnership is possible.

4. Final Examination and Evaluation

At the end of the Trainee period, trainees are required to take an examination to qualify for full Driver membership.

Based on the examination results and the trainee's overall performance and compatibility throughout the Trainee stage, our HR team makes the final decision regarding their future at Calm Cargo.

5. Full Membership or Removal

Trainees who successfully meet our expectations and pass the evaluation will be promoted to full Driver membership, officially becoming full members of Calm Cargo VTC.

Those who do not meet the required standards may be removed from the team following the final evaluation.
