Management 🛡️

Founder 👑

As the founder of the VTC, they define the organization’s core vision and goals. They form the management team, make strategic decisions, and ensure that all departments work in harmony. They prepare long-term development plans for the VTC and maintain its brand image within the community. The founder is the ultimate decision-maker in critical situations and provides overall leadership to the organization.

Community Manager 🌐

Acts as the communication bridge between the community and the VTC. Helps members adapt to the VTC culture, answers questions, and mediates in case of conflicts. Actively engages on communication channels such as Discord, forums, and social media. Responsible for maintaining a positive environment within the community, increasing member motivation, and delivering feedback to the management team.

Development Manager 🛠️

Oversees the VTC’s technical infrastructure and manages the development of digital projects. Organizes the planning, creation, and maintenance of the website, member panel, Discord bots, or other technical tools. Leads the technical team, ensuring projects are completed on time and without issues. Also coordinates the adoption of technological innovations within the VTC.

Human Resources Manager 👔

Plans the recruitment process, reviews applications, and assists new members in adapting to the team. Responsible for personnel management, task distribution, and maintaining team discipline. Maintains direct communication with members to address concerns, provide solutions, and support team motivation. Also defines HR policies to shape the long-term structure of the team.

Event Manager 🚧

Plans, organizes, and executes the VTC’s official and special events. Sets event dates, routes, rules, and ensures all necessary preparations are made. Coordinates the event during execution, solves potential issues, and ensures smooth operation. Develops creative event ideas to increase community engagement and promote the VTC.

Media Manager 📸

Manages all media-related work of the VTC. Oversees the production of social media posts, promotional videos, posters, and other visual content. Coordinates the media team, creates content schedules, and maintains the VTC’s visual identity. Develops new content ideas to boost engagement and strengthen brand awareness.

Staff 🪪

Development Team 🛠️

The team responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the VTC’s technical projects. Works on the website, software, bots, and other digital systems. Collaborates with the Development Manager to complete assigned tasks and resolve technical issues.

Human Resources 👔

Assists in the recruitment process by reviewing applications and processing new member registrations. Helps maintain team harmony and communicates directly with members. Supports the Human Resources Manager in keeping the organization running smoothly.

Event Team 🚧

Assists in planning and executing events. Helps with route planning, convoy organization, and enforcing event rules. Shares responsibilities during events to ensure smooth coordination.

Media Team 📸​

The creative team responsible for producing the VTC’s visual and audio content. Actively participates in creating social media posts, posters, videos, and other media projects. Prepares content planned by the Media Manager and ensures it is shared with the community.
